Olive kernel – Black water (vegetation water)

The proper management of an olive mill requires regular control and determination of oil in the olive pomace and in the waste water in order to evaluate its performance.

During the analysis, the following are identified:

• Dry matter
• Μoisture content
• Οil content
• Oil content as in a dry matter
