Alcoholic Beverages Analyses

In our laboratory we carry out qualitative and quantitative testing of alcoholic beverages and spirits (raki and its derivatives, liqueurs, ouzo, etc.), in order to check the suitability of the product for distribution to consumers. All necessary advice is given to ensure that the final product meets the necessary conditions before being made available for use, standardization.

In particular, the following analyses are carried out:

• Determination of the alcoholic strength (alcohol content by volume)
• Determination of acidity (in raki)
• Determination of specific gravity – density
• Sensory Analysis
